Alarm System Installation

Truman Terrace - 100 Steele Brook Road

The Watertown Housing Authority invites sealed bids for the installation and/or upgrade of alarm systems at designated housing authority properties in Watertown, Connecticut.

 

Bid documents and specifications may be obtained at the Watertown Housing Authority office located at 1091 Buckingham Street, Watertown, CT, by contacting the Authority during normal business hours or by visiting the Bid Submission tab above.

Bidders must be properly licensed in the State of Connecticut for alarm system installation and must meet all insurance requirements outlined in the bid documents.

Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 5:00 on May 13th to:

Bids will be publicly opened at 6:00 on May 13th at the above location.

The Watertown Housing Authority oversees the daily operations for managing 120 units of elderly/disabled housing on three separate sites in Watertown, CT. In total we have forty units of elderly/disabled housing located at Truman Terrace, 100 Steele Brooke Road, 40 units of elderly/disabled housing located at Buckingham Terrace, 935 Buckingham Street, and 40 units of elderly/disabled housing located at Country Ridge, 1091 Buckingham Street, Watertown, CT

 

The Watertown Housing Authority meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month, alternating at each location per schedule. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Our office is located at our Country Ridge facility, 1091 Buckingham Street, Watertown CT. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
